Join the Friends of Island Lake for an evening of food and outdoor fun in the park. We will be meeting at the Meadow Shelter inside Island Lake State Recreation Area for a guided hike, a campfire cooking demonstration, and an opportunity to learn more about how to get involved with the group.

We will be meeting at the Meadow Shelter inside Island Lake State Recreation Area for a guided hike, a campfire cooking demonstration, and an opportunity to learn more about how you can get involved with the group.
Feel free to bring a dish to pass for the potluck dinner. And if you're in the market for a new-to-you bird feeder, bring cash!
We will have an assortment of quality, gently used bird feeders for sale as a special fundraiser for the park. Please note, bird feeder sales will be cash-&-carry only.
